A few things to verify before purchasing a used Scion transmission:

Cross-shop the underlying Toyota transmission. Most Scion transmissions are Toyota units used across multiple Toyota models. A U660E from a Camry will fit your Scion tC. This dramatically expands your sourcing options.

Scion FR-S transmissions come from Subaru/Aisin. The FR-S Aisin EC60 manual and A750E auto are RWD-specific and not interchangeable with the FWD transaxles in other Scion models.

Scion iA uses Mazda transmissions, not Toyota. The iA's SkyActiv-Drive 6-speed auto and SkyActiv-MT 6-speed manual are Mazda 2 units ā€” completely different from the rest of the Scion lineup. Confirm the platform before ordering.

Always replace fluid at install with the correct spec. Toyota WS, T-IV, manual gear oil, and SkyActiv ATF are not interchangeable. Wrong fluid will void your warranty immediately.
