Our Shipping Process

All engines and transmission orders follow final quality testing, dismantling and pressure washing. They are shipped on a wooden pallet, metal strapped and bubble wrapped.

Shipping Methods

Express Commercial Shipping(No liftgate provided)

Cost: FREE

Express Residential Shipping(Liftgate Provided)

Cost: $100.00

 

Shipping Costs Coverage

  • We pay complete shipping costs on approved returns & warranty claims.
  • Order Cancellations are not eligible for Free Shipping.
  • Shipping costs for Hawaii and Alaska are calculated manually, and we do not pay return shipping costs for these two locations in any condition.

 

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays are not eligible for any compensation. Full refund will be provided If an order is not shipped out within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Shipping Damages

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any shipping-related damage must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading or delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims reported after delivery without carrier notation will not be accepted.
