30-Day Return Window
Let us know about any visible damage or issues within 30 days of delivery. We can't take returns after 30 days. Return shipping costs are included within 30 days. 

Compatibility Coverage
We use your VIN# to match the right engine/transmission. Even if it comes from a different year or model, it will fit and work like the original.

No returns are accepted for not receiving a part from the identical make, year, and model as long as it's fully compatible. 

• General Coverage
  Returns of non-defective products will incur 20% restocking fees.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the part. 
• No refunds will be issued if the returned parts are not in the same condition as delivered! 

 

Shipping Damages
All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any shipping-related damage must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading or delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims reported after delivery without carrier notation will not be accepted.
