We won’t ship a part we haven’t verified will fit. If something does slip through and a verified part doesn’t fit your vehicle, we’ll find you a compatible replacement at no extra cost or refund the order in full.

Yes. Once your order is placed, our team dismantles the unit, inspects it, and photographs it before it leaves our facility. You see the actual part — with the photos sent to you for review before we crate it for shipping. If anything in the photos looks wrong, your refund-or-replacement guarantee applies before the truck loads.

Most orders are prepped, inspected, photographed, palletized, and shipped within 3–5 business days of your approval. Once the freight carrier picks up, transit adds another 2–3 business days to most of the lower 48. Your specialist gives you a real ship-by date at quote and a tracking number the moment it leaves our facility.

Every engine and transmission ships with 6 months of standard parts coverage from delivery. Up to 3-year extended coverage is available at quote. Labor coverage is offered as an optional add-on. Wear-from-misuse, improper installation, and unauthorized modification are not covered.

Photograph the issue, text your specialist within your 30-day inspection window, and you choose: full refund or free replacement. We don’t pressure you into one or the other. Freight damage is rare because we crate every unit on a hardwood pallet, but when it happens, we work directly with the carrier so you don’t have to fight an insurance claim alone.

Free freight is included in every quote — not added at checkout, not invoiced separately, not surprised on you at the loading dock. The price your specialist quotes is the price you pay. We use verified freight partners (R+L Carriers, FedEx Freight, UPS, TForce). No surprise charges, ever.

A used part is OEM — pulled from a low-mileage donor vehicle, cleaned, inspected, and tested. A remanufactured part has been disassembled, components replaced, then rebuilt to spec. We sell both — if a remanufactured part is the right call for your vehicle, we’ll point you there. We’d rather be honest than land a sale we can’t back.

Yes — the 17-character VIN is how we guarantee fitment. Year-make-model alone often isn’t precise enough; a 2014 Ford F-150 might have three different engine variants depending on trim. The VIN is on your dashboard, insurance card, or door jamb. If you can’t find it, your specialist will walk you through it.
