After 30 days the warranty remedy is a replacement first. A refund follows only where we cannot supply one within 10 business days, or a delivered replacement is verified defective on installation.
Changed your mind, wrong part ordered, or no fault found (within 30 days, uninstalled): a 20% restocking fee applies and round-trip freight (approx. $350–$400 each way) is deducted.
Every return needs a written RMA first, and the unit must be uninstalled and in original delivered condition.

Our warranty covers replacement parts and the freight cost to ship the replacement transmission if a covered defect occurs. It does not cover labor at your installation shop. Damage from improper installation, overheating, or lack of maintenance is also excluded. Up to 3-year extended coverage is available — contact us for pricing.
Total time from order to your door is typically 5–8 business days: 3–5 business days for inspection, photography, palletizing, and dispatch, plus 2–3 business days in transit. Excludes weekends and federal holidays. Free freight nationwide, palletized and insured.
