Our warranty covers replacement parts and the freight cost to ship the replacement engine if a covered defect occurs. It does not cover labor at your installation shop. Damage from improper installation, overheating, or lack of maintenance is also excluded. Up to 3-year extended coverage is available — contact us for pricing.
Total time from order to your door is typically 5–8 business days: 3–5 business days for inspection, photography, palletizing, and dispatch, plus 2–3 business days in transit. Excludes weekends and federal holidays. Free freight nationwide, palletized and insured.
Absolutely. We do not ship without your photo approval. After payment, we send detailed photos of the palletized engine before it leaves our facility. If you are not satisfied, you receive a 100% refund — no questions asked, no restocking fee.
