Our Return Terms & Conditions
Order Cancellations Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and get a full refund.
After 24 hours, we begin preparing your transmission for shipment. If you cancel after this time, the following charges will apply:
- 20% restocking fee
- Round-trip shipping cost, if your part is already shipped
7-Day Return Window
Let us know about any visible damage or issues within 7 days of delivery. We can't take returns after 7 days.
Please note: If you send the transmission back even though it was delivered in good shape, it counts as a canceled order. In that case, our regular cancellation fees will apply.

Our Warranty Terms & Conditions
30-Day Installation Window
Install your transmission within 30 days of the invoice date to keep your return and warranty valid. If the transmission sits too long, air and moisture can cause rust and damage. This will cancel your return and warranty coverage.
1 month to 36 month Warranty Protection
If something goes wrong after the first 7 days return window, don’t worry. Your part is still covered by our warranty for up to 1 to 36 months.
Full Shipping Costs Coverage
We pay for shipping if your return is approved under warranty.
Compatibility Coverage
We use your VIN# to match the right transmission. Even if it comes from a different year or model, it will fit and work like the original.
Replacements & Refunds
If we approve your warranty claim, we will pick up the transmission and send you a tested replacement. If that transmission has the same issue, we will give you a full refund after we get it back.
You must follow all the steps we give when you install the transmission. This keeps your warranty valid. Please download our preinstallation guide here:
