Shipping Time

We take 3-5 business days to ship all orders but may need additional time in unavoidable circumstances.

Full Shipping Costs Coverage

We pay for return shipping if your return is approved under warranty.

Please note: If you send the engine back even though it was delivered as expected, it counts as a canceled order. In that case, our regular cancellation fees will apply as explained above.

Shipping costs for Hawaii and Alaska are calculated manually, and we do not pay return shipping costs for these two locations in any condition. 

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays are not eligible for any compensation. If an order is not shipped out within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), it will be eligible for a full refund
