🛡️How can I be sure the engine or transmission I'm purchasing will meet my expectations?▼

Every engine and transmission we sell is thoroughly tested by certified mechanics with years of experience. Once inspected, cleaned, and secured on a pallet, we send you detailed photos for your approval. You're fully in control: if you're not satisfied, you can deny approval and receive a 100% refund—no questions asked.

Plus, you're backed by a 7-day return policy and up to a 36-month warranty, giving you complete peace of mind. We invest heavily in preparation and shipping, so we don't send out anything we wouldn't trust ourselves. Your satisfaction and protection are our top priority.

🔧Will I be receiving a complete engine?▼

Yes — you'll receive a complete long block engine, including all core internal components like the block, head, pistons, camshaft, crankshaft, and more. These are the parts your purchase covers and are fully protected under our warranty.

We also include external accessories free of charge such as sensors, manifolds, belts, hoses, injectors, brackets, and the oil pan. While these extras aren't covered under warranty, they're often usable and can save you time and money during installation.

⚙️Are labor charges covered under warranty?▼

Labor charges are not included under our standard warranty. However, for added peace of mind, you can purchase an optional labor warranty by calling us. That said, our rigorous testing process results in a return rate of less than 1%, so while labor isn't covered by default, issues are extremely rare.

🎯How do I know the engine or transmission will fit my vehicle?▼

Fitment is never left to guesswork. When you place an order, we collect your VIN number and use professional-grade VIN decoding tools to ensure the engine or transmission is a 100% match for your vehicle.

We do not ship any product until compatibility is fully verified. In fact, sending incompatible parts is something we don't do, PERIOD. With our proven system, you can move forward confidently knowing the part will fit right the first time.

📦How long does shipping take and how is the engine packaged?▼

Our standard shipping process takes 3–5 business days, which includes dismantling, pressure washing, and secure packaging using bubble wrap and a pallet. We ship exclusively through reputable carriers like R&L, FedEx, and UPS to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

As soon as your part ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery every step of the way. While delays are rare, we'll keep you informed in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, your engine is handled with care from our door to yours.

🚨What if the engine or transmission I receive is damaged or incorrect?▼

While it's extremely rare due to our thorough testing and secure packaging, if your engine or transmission arrives damaged, simply note the damage on the driver's delivery receipt and accept the delivery. Then, contact us right away. We'll arrange a free pickup and promptly ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Our goal is to make the process hassle-free and fully protected for you from start to finish.

↩️Can I return the product if I change my mind?▼

Yes, you can return your order within 7 days of delivery. If the product arrives as described and you've simply changed your mind, a 20% restocking fee and two-way shipping cost will apply.

However, if the product was not as expected, we'll cover 100% of the return costs — no fees, no hassle. Our goal is to keep things fair, transparent, and customer-first.

Please note: these shops operate independently, so any agreements made are strictly between you and the installer. We're simply here to make your experience more convenient.
